a. Subscription Fees:

• Subscribers are charged a subscription fee to access and view coupon codes from nearby outlets.
• Once a subscription fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period.

b. Vendor Charges:

• Vendors are charged a fee for adding their shop and products for promotion on our platform.
• This fee is non-refundable once the vendor's information and products are successfully added to our Spendsure App.

c. No Refunds for Service Usage:

• We do not provide refunds for any services already used on our platform.
• Once a user has accessed and utilized our service to view coupon codes or a vendor has benefited from the promotional opportunities, no refunds will be issued.

d. Cancellation of Subscription:

• Users can choose to cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
• Cancellation requests can be made through the App's settings or by contacting our customer support.

e. Refund Exceptions:

• Refunds may only be considered in cases of technical errors or malfunctions that prevent users from accessing the subscribed services.
• Requests for refunds due to technical issues must be submitted within 10 days of the occurrence, accompanied by relevant details and evidence.
